  • I’m sorry but most Lupe fans blindly fololw his every word and as soon as someone say they weren’t feeling a song, you hear “You just don’t understand his lyrics” or “Go back to listening to flocka”, yet when I explain the concept of The Cool, how the story of Michael Young History (The Cool), The Streets, and The Game goes all the way back to the first album, they finally silence themselves. -can you blame kids for getting excited about one of the few rappers that tries to beyond discussing the most basic of subject matter. i think of it this way, with all the materialistic bullshit being dropped now when someone like lupe comes along, i’ll let his fanboys slide because they’re honestly on to something. i get the whole go listen to flocka’ is just stifling good debate on the dude’s merits and drawbacks, but come on. shit hasnt been so hot for rap recently.

  • I like this song too. It trips me out how after Lupe punishes fans and he or his label do all the cease and dsseit stuff when songs leak, most blogs stopped posting anything with JUST him on it.That’s my only issue with his personality. I do see from his perspective though. Example: When a song of his leaked and he was gonna throw out the Paris, Tokyo remix, by the time he released it, months later, I didn’t care and took it personally as a listener. I Just don’t know if there’s a solution to getting his point across about piracy, yet still showing love to his fan base without losing that connection.
